Refund Policy

At Hangers Cleaners, we stand behind the quality of our service.


1. Satisfaction Guarantee


If you're not satisfied with your order, we will re-clean the item(s) free of charge.


2. Refunds


If re-cleaning does not resolve the issue, we will refund the cleaning cost of the item(s), up to 10x the cleaning fee and not to exceed $100 per garment.


3. Claims Process


Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Email
